Awesome Spiders

I’m Pete Carmichael welcoming you to AwesomeSpiders.com. I’ve done nature photography for many years, switching whimsically from one obsession to another. Spiders, however, became a long-lasting fascination when I met with so many unfamiliar beauties while living in Mexico in the 1960s. However, what you see here now only scratches the surface; thousands more species await almost everywhere. So, hopefully, this site will improve as I travel in the near future. Spiders are tough creatures. They will surely be surviving on earth long after we humans are gone.
